I am sorry you were not able to view the service as planned. When I arrived at the church at 10am I tested the system and was recieving a strong 4G connection. Sometime between 10am and 11am the 4G Mast serving Thurcaston was apparently taken out of service for around 5 hours for repair, when I turned on at 11am, please believe me, I was trying everything possible to work out what had gone wrong.
I have now updated the link and the video will be available to watch in full at around 8am UK time 22/8.
I watched the service, and all was good.
– I would really welcome your feedback so I can tell others who are thinking of having the service streamed, how others watched the service and how it made them feel, especially if you were not able to get to the funeral or live in another country.
